About Us

We started making our chili pepper water as a hobby in the late 90’s with the yield from our grandparents’ Hawaiian chili pepper tree in their backyard. Grandma lived a long and healthy life and she took a shot of chili pepper water every morning. She attributes her success to the healthy ingredients within. We are trying to pass on the wisdom of Grandma.

We are proud to locally source our ingredients from local Kauai farmers. Our Rosemary flavor contain herbs right from our own farm and limu kohu in our Limu flavor are harvested and cleaned from Kauai beaches. All of our products are healthy, tasty, and keto-friendly. Keep a bottle in your cooler. It goes great with beer, bbq, potlucks, tailgating,  or on the couch or dining room table.

Check out our recipe page for foods to try it with. Our kids like it with saimin, while our favorite is sipping it straight from the bottle while munching on any kind pupu (appetizer).
