You may return your item to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The only items eligible for returns or exchanges are Sauced apparel merchandise or accessories. Exchanges are only applicable if the wrong size is sent to the customer. Items returned to us must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return items must be unwashed, not worn, tags attached, and undamaged. We will not ship the new merchandise or refund the product until we receive and process the item(s) you are returning. Sauced cannot guarantee the availability of a product you are looking to replace or hold items until return is received.
If an apparel or accessory item is received damaged, we will replace the item at no charge. Perishable items (i.e. chili pepper water) are not eligible for returns or exchanges – if any perishable items are received damaged or unusable, please contact email@example.com right away. Please take a picture of the bottle(s) and box(s) from the delivery agent that has visible damage or evidence of being tampered with and include them with your email. There will be a replacement item sent at no charge pending evidence of damage or tamperment. We will only accept returns of damaged bottles upon delivery.
